The European Review of Public Action

The European Review of Public Action (ERPA) was created following a collaboration between CNFPT and the EUROPA association (Entretiens Universitaires Réguliers pour l’Administration en Europe / Regular Academic Interviews for Public Administration).

This review is free of charge and aims to highlight and increase the value of the scientific works conducted by the EUROPA network (more than 100 experts to date, spread across 23 countries of the European Union). The research focuses on comparative approaches and analyses, combining academic rigour with the concerns raised by management and in the field.

The review comprises three parts :

The first part is entitled “Regards sur...”(Views on...) and provides an opportunity for various authors to contribute their analyses of the state of positive law and/or the administrative practices of the States represented by the EUROPA network, on subjects falling directly within the area of expertise of our NGO (the administrative and regional organisation of the States in Europe; the evolution of public services in Europe; modernising public administrations and public management in Europe; a comparative approach to local finances in Europe etc.).

The second part gives the stage to one of our institutional or scientific partners to discuss the key initiatives they are developing in line with the theme of the issue in question.

The third part presents a themed feature providing a comparative analysis of a national or local public policy, such as health, education, training, land use planning, safety etc., but also of more cross-cutting issues such as public management, administrative performance assessment, the reference national strategic framework etc.
